Frequently Asked

Straight answers about B2B massage.

Everything you might want to ask before booking — from what B2B actually means here to hygiene, pricing, and aftercare.

Understanding B2B massage

What exactly is B2B massage?

B2B stands for body-to-body. In our practice, it is a professional therapeutic massage modality where the therapist uses close body contact as part of the technique. It is always performed with consent, draping, and clear boundaries. It is not a euphemism for illegal or adult services.

How is B2B massage different from Swedish or deep tissue?

Swedish and deep tissue massage are standardised techniques focused on muscle work. B2B describes the proximity of the therapist's body during the session rather than a specific technique, so it can incorporate elements of both. At our practice, the work remains therapeutic regardless of the technique applied.

Is B2B massage legal in Malaysia?

Therapeutic massage is legal in Malaysia. However, B2B is not a formally regulated modality, so standards vary widely across listings. The safest approach is to choose a provider with clear professional standards, published pricing, explicit consent protocols, and verifiable premises — which is what we maintain here.

What kinds of clients do you see?

Our client base is broad: office workers with tension, athletes in recovery, parents who need a reset, and first-time clients who have been curious but uncertain. We welcome anyone seeking a professional, clearly scoped B2B session.

Consent & comfort

Do I have to be naked during a B2B massage?

No. You undress only to your comfort level. Draping is used throughout the session, and you can keep underwear on if you prefer. The choice is entirely yours and is confirmed before the session begins.

Can I stop the session if I feel uncomfortable?

Yes. Consent is ongoing and reversible. You can pause, adjust, or stop the session at any time, and our therapists are trained to check in and respect your boundaries without hesitation or pressure.

Can I request a specific therapist?

Yes, subject to availability. Let us know when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate. We also welcome requests to avoid specific areas of the body or specific techniques.

Will I feel safe as a first-time client?

Safety is the priority. Every session begins with a full consultation, and nothing happens without your consent. Many of our clients are first-timers, and the most common feedback is relief that everything was explained clearly.

Hygiene & safety

What hygiene standards do you follow?

We use fresh linens for every client, sanitise surfaces between sessions, use single-use items where appropriate, and ventilate the treatment room. Linens are never reused, and high-touch surfaces are disinfected after every booking.

Do you screen therapists?

Yes. All therapists are professionally trained, insured, and briefed on our consent and hygiene protocols. New therapists shadow existing staff before working independently.

Are there health conditions that make B2B massage unsafe?

Certain conditions — including active skin infections, open wounds, recent fractures, uncontrolled high blood pressure, and pregnancy in the first trimester — should be discussed with your doctor before booking. Please disclose any relevant conditions when you enquire so we can advise appropriately.

Booking & pricing

How much does a session cost?

Relax B2B (60 min) is RM 120. Deep B2B (90 min) is RM 180. Restore B2B (120 min) is RM 220. Optional add-ons (hot stone, aromatherapy, extended scalp) are priced separately. There are no hidden charges.

How do I book a session?

Use the booking form on our contact page, or call or message us at +60 12-345 6789. We confirm availability within two hours during operating hours.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 12 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Late cancellations may incur a partial fee. Full details are confirmed at the time of booking.

Do you offer couples or group sessions?

Yes, couples can be booked in adjacent time slots — each session is a private, one-on-one treatment. Contact us to coordinate bookings.

Is parking available?

Street parking is available nearby, and there are public car parks within a short walk of the practice. We will share exact directions when we confirm your booking.

Aftercare

What should I do after the session?

Drink water, avoid heavy meals for the first hour, and take it easy for the rest of the day. If you had a deep-pressure session, mild soreness in the following 24 hours is normal and typically resolves on its own.

How often should I book?

It depends on your goals. Many clients book once a month for maintenance. Clients with specific muscle tension or recovery needs sometimes book every two weeks. We do not push frequency — we will advise based on your situation.
